- Product usually ships within one week of placing your order. Currently all orders are shipped via UPS Ground service - maximum of five business days in transit once shipped from our Berkeley, CA headquarters.
- Privacy & Security
- Your privacy is very important to us. All transactions are conducted on secure pages with data encryption to prevent data theft. We do not sell contact information to third parties.
- Returns & Replacements
- Returns can only be accepted on merchandise that is defective (i.e. stains, tears, sewing mistakes present before initial use) and will not be accepted because of dissatisfaction with fit or feel. Product dimensions are noted on each product's page and should be reviewed very carefully before making your purchase. All returns must be pre-approved by Jessie Steele Salon and need to be accompanied by an RA number. Any product returned without a valid RA number written on the outside of the parcel will be refused for delivery and returned to the sender.

- All orders are to be placed through the Jessie Steele Salon website/webstore; we cannot accept phone orders at this time.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- All orders are to be paid with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover all accepted). If we experience any trouble processing your CC payment, you will be contacted by phone or email. Orders do not ship until payment is completed. Pricing reflects customer type - professionals in the beauty industry receive a discount on all products that is already reflected on this site ($29.95 vs. regular retail $45.00). Occasional promotions may be offered for discounts on orders. We use email to send out information about promotions, so please be sure to keep us updated of your most current contact information. Promotions are carried out via coupon codes that you must enter on the shopping cart page. Please verify that the promotion you are trying to take advantage is reflected in your order total before completing the check out process. If you have any trouble using a promotion code, call us at 510 204 0991. Promotions cannot be applied retroactively to any order already completed.
